BUSINESS AUTOMATION · REPORT RELIABILITY

Make recurring
reports reliable.

Two reports disagree? Start with the specific number that looks wrong. We review the inputs and rules, agree a focused correction, and independently check the result.

ONE CLEAR PROBLEMAGREED CORRECTIONINDEPENDENT CHECKSOPERATOR HANDOVER

A FOCUSED FIRST SERVICE.

Find the difference.
Make the rule clear.

For agencies dealing with a disputed total or the same correction every reporting cycle. We start with dates, filters, definitions, and how the numbers are combined. A simple setting or platform-support fix may be enough.

01 / REPRODUCE

Pinpoint one discrepancy

Compare the reported number with the expected result using synthetic or sanitized aggregate samples you are authorized to share.

  • One existing client report
  • Known dates and filters
  • A documented expected result
02 / CORRECT

Keep the change bounded

Agree on a focused formula, mapping, or aggregation change after reviewing the issue and how the change can be delivered.

  • Use the existing stack when feasible
  • Confirm capability and approved access
  • Custom workflow only when justified
03 / VERIFY

Leave a repeatable check

Check the expected result and a separate comparison example, then document what your team should check next time.

  • Before-and-after evidence
  • Visible exceptions and limits
  • A short operator guide

AN ILLUSTRATION OF VALIDATION

Numbers you can
trace to the source.

This synthetic operations example illustrates traceable arithmetic and validation. It is not a customer result, a platform integration, or a proposal to replace your reporting system.

THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT

One report.
One clear discrepancy.

Show the specific number that disagrees, the comparison you expect, and what has already been tried. A sample review determines whether a bounded correction is feasible, how it could be delivered, and what it would cost.

Work within the tools you already use

Use the existing stack when the correction, capability, and approved access support it. A reviewed formula or mapping patch may instead be handed to your operator. A custom workflow is considered only when needed.

Report discrepancy review and bounded correctionReviewed first.
Scoped clearly.

A specific outcome agreed before work begins

  • One reproducible discrepancy in one existing report
  • Up to two stable aggregate inputs and three relevant metrics
  • One agreed formula, mapping, or aggregation correction
  • Before-and-after evidence and independent verification
  • A repeatable operator check and handover
Discuss this scope

The quote follows sample review, an agreed delivery route, and a written scope. API or credential setup, production tracking changes, personal data, recurring monitoring, and report redesign are excluded. No payment is collected here.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

From a disputed number
to an explained result.

  1. 01

    Review

Reproduce the mismatch and check the definitions, filters, and expected result before proposing work.

  2. 02

    Agree

Confirm the bounded correction, delivery route, permissions, quote, and acceptance checks.

  3. 03

    Verify

Test the agreed correction and independently check the result and a comparison fixture.

  4. 04

    Handover

Explain the original variance, document the change, and let the operator repeat the check.

How we approach the work

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Know what
you’re getting.

Pragmenza brings practical intelligence to business problems, using suitable AI-enabled tools alongside clear requirements and human judgment. The broader ambition starts with one focused reporting-reliability service.

Do I need a new dashboard?

Start with the report and software already in use. A correction in the existing stack is preferred when feasible and within demonstrated capability. If platform support or a simple setting resolves the issue, that should be considered first. No new dashboard is assumed.

What if the two numbers should be different?

Different attribution rules, definitions, and reporting periods can legitimately produce different totals. The aim is an explained, independently checked result, not forced agreement. If no bounded repair is feasible, any diagnosis-only work must be separately described and agreed; a fix is not guaranteed.

What access and data are needed?

Begin with authorized synthetic or sanitized aggregate samples, the relevant formulas, and expected control totals. Platform access is discussed only if the agreed delivery route needs it. This first offer excludes personal records, payment details, health or regulated data, and credentials.

Do you use AI?

AI-assisted tools may support analysis or development where appropriate and permitted. Tool choice depends on the task and approved data handling. Calculations and outputs still require independent checks and human review.

What does the demo establish?

It illustrates schema checks, deterministic calculations, and visible exceptions for one normalized CSV. It does not demonstrate a native reporting-platform integration, customer reconciliation, specialist platform experience, or a production result.

What happens after the engagement?

The agreed correction or operator-applied patch is delivered with before-and-after evidence and a short check guide. Usage, ownership, acceptance, and any revisions are defined in the scope. Further work requires a new agreement; there is no automatic subscription.

LET’S START WITH THE PROBLEM

Which number
doesn’t add up?

Send a short description. We’ll review whether the issue fits this service before agreeing a scope or quote.

  1. Name the report or tool you use.
  2. Describe the mismatch and expected result.
  3. Include the dates, filters, and what you’ve tried.

Start without attachments. Leave out personal records, client identifiers, passwords, and sensitive data.

Tell us what looks wrong.

No account is needed for an initial inquiry.

Preparing the secure form…

Protected with validation, a one-time form token, duplicate checks, and submission limits. No files or account access are needed.
